Sound Essence Workshops

Chakra Empowerment (14 hours)

The word “chakra” is Sanskrit for wheel, or disc, and signifies one of the seven basic energy centers of the body. The goal towards health is to achieve balance, and by exploring the implications of each of the seven chakras, insight towards a balanced body is inheritably gained. We record every thought and feeling in one of our seven chakras and they become lodged there until they are released. As we evolve and live our lives, it is important for us to give up old ideas to move forward and grow. It is the purpose of this workshop to help you connect to your potential, to give you the information and the tools necessary to allow the song of your soul to be heard.

Learn the significance of each of the chakras individually as you move from week to week experiencing a new chakra. You will experience a deep innate sense of understanding the value of each chakra at the end of this workshop.

 

Healing with the Sound Essences (3 hours)

A workshop designed for Energy Kinesiology Practitioners. Advance your practice and explore the world of vibration in this fun and empowering workshop. Understand the evolution of vibration, the hierarchy of the energy systems and the importance of nourishing our energy body through the use of sound, color, aroma, gems and crystals, symbols and affirmations. Learn to easily assess the energy blockages and how to quickly clear them with the use of the “Sound Essences”.

 

Western Herbs for Eastern Philosophy (3 hours)

This practical kinesiology/herb course is designed to meld muscle testing with herbal knowledge using herbs as a meridian correction within the Energy Kinesiology model. Standing on the theory of the Chinese Five Element, we will explain many of the western herbs and their association with the meridians. Get an in depth understanding of the properties of the meridians and how they promote our organs. Learn how the herbs support all three dimensions of our body: Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually.
